Here is our team of independent contractors that design, implement and provide leadership in ALF mission accomplishment:

Director/CEO: Rudy Garrity, MBA/MPA/DPA
"To live is to learn, to know, and to lead a mindful way-of-being"
Dr. Rudy Garrity is an executive, manager,consultant, and educator with professional experience in the public and private sectors. He has been a principal consultant and project manager specializing in public administration, organizational transformation, workforce development, strategic planning, process reengineering, quality management, knowledge management, information technology architecture, and systems acquisition program management.
Dr. Garrity allocates his time between management consulting with a number of Washington D.C. based firms, and as the Director of Learning and Assessment Programs at the George Washington University Institute for Knowledge and Innovation. He writes and consults on personal development and professional performance, and on organizational change and transformation. Some favorites include (1) pursuing centripetal, integrated learning experiences, (2) building high performing organizations, (3) expanding human capital development, and (4) contributing to IRS approved non-profit programs.
Dr. Garrity is President and Consulting Principal of American Learnership Solutions, Inc., and is the Founding Director and CEO of the non-profit 501c(3) American Learnership Forum (ALF). His education includes a BS/MBA from Monmouth University, and an MPA/DPA from the University of Southern California.
Rudy's interests include reading, music, exercise, counter-culture debate, and playing with his grandchildren.

Director: Suzanne Reardon, MBA
Suzanne Reardon is a specialist and leader in U.S. Government Defense and Intelligence operations. She has over 20 years experience providing program and policy support to Intelligence Community organizations and their strategic initiatives.
Ms. Reardon is an employee of LMI where she serves as the LMI Program Manager for Directorate of National Intelligence (DNI) programs. Her prior government assignments included support for information-sharing performance evaluation, assisting in strategic assessments, planning continuity of operations, supporting research and development operations, and performing business analysis in the establishment of a major CIO Office. Ms. Reardon has often been recognized for her expertise in communications, teambuilding, project management, and business development.
Ms. Reardon holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a dual undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Philosophy from Mary Washington College. She enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, traveling, yoga, and connecting people with fulfilling opportunities.

Director/Secretary: Chris Borkoski, MBA
Chris Borkoski currently works for a non-profit, trusted agent of the federal government as a lead information security architect/scientist designing and coordinating several Chief Information Office’s (CIO) to achieve community-wide information sharing capabilities. He has a total of 30 years of work experience and has held various technical positions such as project manager, enterprise architect, project engineer, network engineer, instructional systems designer, human factors/system engineer, and technical writer for a variety of complex systems using many leading -edge technologies.
Mr. Borkoski‘s initial 20-years of experience was designing the instructor station and tactical operating environment of several military aircraft and helicopter flight simulator devices which extended his joy of flying as a private pilot. He has developed instructional curriculum materials for both hardware and software simulation systems as well as taught many operation and maintenance instruction courses for international, senior military instructor pilots and maintenance engineers. Mr. Borkoski served in the U.S. Navy for six years as an F 14 aircraft electronics technician on several aircraft-carriers and has completed several world-wide deployments.
Mr. Borkoski holds an MBA certificate from the Univ. of Maryland, College Park, and an undergraduate degree in Vocational Education. He is a Johnson&Johnson-certified ISO-9001 Internal Auditor for engineering programs. Mr. Borkoski is a life-long learner and has a broad-base of interests such as restoring classic cars, beekeeping, and civil engineering/ construction.
