ALF Services
ALF Educational Coaching Services and Certificates
ALF Educational Coaching Services and Certificates are available to all adults who seek to become more “mindful of their personal ways of being.” Our lives and careers matter mostly to ourselves, but we each are a part of an integrated social system – a family, an organization, a community, the world – that may also benefit from the time we have on this earth to contribute to the betterment of the human experience.
The following ALF workshops are comprehensive in that they are appropriate for adults at different stages of their respective lives/careers:
(1) Learnership as a Mindful Way-of-Being (L-101) is a detailed introduction to the Learnership™ 2009 concept – its philosophy, objectives, practices, and its for-profit and non-profit business services. This workshop is recommended as a first experience with the unique attributes of Learnership.
(2) Mastering Personal and Professional Performance (L-102) and Becoming an Organization Internal Consultant (L-103) are ideal for early life/career adults (ages 25-45).
(3) Successful Mid-Life/Career Renewal and Transition (L-104) is valuable for adults (ages 45- 60) interested in reviewing their current life/career progress – with an eye toward renewal and discovering new opportunities
(4) Senior Adult Rejuvenation and Generativity (L-105) is perfect for seniors (age 60+) that are near retirement and want an invigorated life with additional education, spirited conversation, and opportunity for societal contribution.
(5) Lastly, adults who are involved in the disciplines of lifelong learning and knowledge management may be interested in Learnership for Total Knowledge Management (L-106) that provides an integrated perspective on managing learning and knowledge throughout one’s personal and professional life cycle.
Participants are welcome to join the ALF life-affirming educational experience as individuals and groups for their own personal development. And as an option, they are encouraged to consider becoming a life/career coach through additional training provided by the Institute for Professional Education in Coaching (www.ipeccoaching.com) – an ALF strategic partner.
An individual that completes the ALF Workshop is granted an ALF Learnership Practitioner Certificate, and one that completes the ALF workshop and also the IPEC Life Potentials™ train-the-trainer program receive an ALF Learnership Practitioner and Coach Certificate and are empowered to conduct their own training workshops.
